Terms of Service

These Terms govern your organization's use of ghumSign and the ghumcloud platform it is delivered on. By creating an account or using the services, the organization and its authorized users agree to these Terms.

Your organization is responsible for its account, the users it invites, and keeping credentials secure. You must provide accurate registration details and a valid contact email for account and billing notices.

Paid plans are billed per the plan you select. Free trials convert to a paid plan at the end of the trial unless cancelled. Fees are stated in NPR and are exclusive of applicable taxes. Manual payment instructions are provided during signup until automated billing is available.

You agree not to misuse the services, attempt unauthorized access, or use them to violate applicable Nepali law, including the Electronic Transactions Act for electronically signed documents.

Your handling of personal data is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Your organization's content remains yours; you grant us the rights needed to operate the services.

We may suspend access for non-payment or breach of these Terms. You may cancel at any time; on termination we retain or delete data in line with our retention and data-export practices.
