One product. Built to be trusted.

ghumSign replaces the printer, the scanner and the courier with a signing flow your signers finish from their phone,
and a paper trail that holds up.

  • Bulk document signing

Send the same agreement to a whole list of signers in one pass, and watch the responses land against one document instead of one inbox thread each.

Three document cards — an NDA, a service agreement and a privacy policy — feeding into a single Signers panel that lists five people with statuses of Signed, In Progress, Viewed and Pending, totalled underneath as 24 signers, 8 in progress, 10 completed and 6 pending.
  • Reusable templates

Set the fields and signer roles once on the contracts you send every week, then reuse them instead of rebuilding the same document by hand.

A two-step diagram: an NDA template with placeholder fields for company name, signer name and date and a list of signer roles, saved as a template and then reused as three separate sent agreements dated across three weeks.
  • Audit trail & history

Every send, open, verification and signature is logged with a time, an email address and an IP address. If a signature is ever disputed, the record is already there.

A document signed by Anup Shah, Rita Gurung and Sanjay Karki, each with a green verified tick, linked to a timeline of sent, viewed and signed events and a row recording the person, date, device and location behind them.
  • SMS notifications

Reach signers who live in their phone rather than their inbox, so a waiting document is not sitting unread behind a week of email.

An email in an inbox asking the recipient to review and sign a document, with a Review Document button and a note that it expires in seven days, followed by two reminder rows sent two days later and then every two days until signed.
  • Exportable .p12 cert

Your certificate is yours to take. Export it as a standard .p12 file and use it outside ghumSign — nothing here is a one-way door.

A signed document ringed by a shield, a padlock, a fingerprint and a certification rosette, with a handwritten signature and a green tick in a box at its foot.

Five things that change
the day you switch

Not a feature list. What actually changes for your business.

An agreement signed via ghumSign by Anup Shah, time-stamped in Nepal time and marked legally binding with the same standing as a wet signature, over a panel headed "Accepted in Nepal" listing Nepali courts, banks and financial institutions, and government offices.

Is an e-signature actually legal in Nepal?

Yes, when it's done right. Here's what makes a ghumSign signature hold up.

Recognized by law

Nepal's Electronic Transaction Act, 2063 gives electronic signatures the same legal standing as a handwritten one, for most types of agreements.

Tamper-evident by design

Once a document is signed, any later change to the file is detectable. What was signed is what stays signed.

A full audit trail, every time

Every send, view, reminder and signature is timestamped and recorded, and exports alongside the signed document.

Certain document types (for example, some land transactions, wills, or specific government filings) may still require a wet-ink signature under Nepali law. If you're unsure whether your document qualifies, check with your legal counsel.

Questions Nepali businesses ask us

Straight answers about legality, signers and your documents. Anything else, email hello@ghumcloud.com.

Is a document signed with ghumSign legally binding in Nepal?

Yes, for most agreements. Nepal's Electronic Transaction Act, 2063 gives an electronic signature the same legal standing as a handwritten one. ghumSign signatures are backed by a certificate from a government-licensed certifying authority and are recorded with a full audit trail, which is what a signature needs in order to be relied on later.

What does "government-certified" actually mean here?

It means the digital certificate used to sign your document is issued by a certifying authority licensed in Nepal, not a self-signed key generated by us. Plans state the certification tier they include, and the tier is shown on every plan card in the pricing section.

Can my signers sign from a mobile phone?

Yes. Signers open a secure link in whatever browser they already have, on a phone, tablet or laptop, then draw, type or upload their signature there. Nothing needs to be installed, and no app download is required.

Do my signers need their own certificate or a paid account?

No. Only your organization subscribes. Your signers are invited by email, verify themselves, and sign for free. Your own organization certificate is managed inside ghumSign, and plans include an exportable .p12 certificate if you need to hold a copy yourself.

Which documents still need a wet-ink signature?

Some categories, for example certain land transactions, wills and specific government filings, may still require a physical signature or notarisation under Nepali law. ghumSign does not change that. If you are not sure whether a particular document qualifies for electronic signing, check with your legal counsel first.

Where are my documents stored, and who can see them?

Documents are stored on AWS infrastructure, encrypted in transit and at rest, and are visible only to your own organization members and the people you send a document to. Your organization keeps its own database. You can download any signed PDF at any time; for retention or deletion requests, contact hello@ghumcloud.com.

Can I export the audit trail for a signed document?

Yes. Every send, view, reminder and signature is timestamped, and the audit history exports alongside the signed document, so you can hand a counterparty or an auditor the complete record of how the document was signed.

How long is the free trial, and do I need a credit card?

No credit card is required to start. Each published plan includes a free trial and the exact length is shown on that plan card in the pricing section. Your organization is reviewed and activated by our team, usually within 24 hours of signing up.
